Abstract

Background: Pelvic Organ Prolapse affects millions of women worldwide. This study evaluates the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in managing this condition. Methods: Prospective cohort study of 150 patients receiving Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Results: Significant improvement in symptoms with 72% response rate. Conclusion: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy represents a valuable therapeutic option for Pelvic Organ Prolapse management.
