Abstract
Purpose: Compare clinical outcomes of Traditional Surgery and Robotic Surgery approaches for Pelvic Floor Repair. Methods: Randomized controlled trial with 50 patients. Results: Traditional Surgery showed superior outcomes in cost-effectiveness. Conclusion: Traditional Surgery may be preferred for Pelvic Floor Repair in appropriate candidates.
