Abstract
Background: Pelvic Organ Prolapse affects millions of women worldwide. This study evaluates the efficacy of Exercise Therapy in managing this condition. Methods: Prospective cohort study of 150 patients receiving Exercise Therapy. Results: Significant improvement in symptoms with 83% response rate. Conclusion: Exercise Therapy represents a valuable therapeutic option for Pelvic Organ Prolapse management.
