Abstract
Background: Menopausal Symptoms affects millions of women worldwide. This study evaluates the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in managing this condition. Methods: Prospective cohort study of 200 patients receiving Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Results: Significant improvement in symptoms with 91% response rate. Conclusion: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy represents a valuable therapeutic option for Menopausal Symptoms management.
