Abstract
Purpose: Compare clinical outcomes of Endoscopic Procedures and Traditional Surgery approaches for Hysterectomy. Methods: Randomized controlled trial with 300 patients. Results: Endoscopic Procedures showed superior outcomes in success rates. Conclusion: Endoscopic Procedures may be preferred for Hysterectomy in appropriate candidates.
