Abstract
Purpose: Compare clinical outcomes of Traditional Surgery and Robotic Surgery approaches for Hysterectomy. Methods: Randomized controlled trial with 200 patients. Results: Traditional Surgery showed superior outcomes in recovery time. Conclusion: Traditional Surgery may be preferred for Hysterectomy in appropriate candidates.
