Abstract

Background: Urinary Incontinence affects millions of women worldwide. This study evaluates the efficacy of Exercise Therapy in managing this condition. Methods: Prospective cohort study of 200 patients receiving Exercise Therapy. Results: Significant improvement in symptoms with 72% response rate. Conclusion: Exercise Therapy represents a valuable therapeutic option for Urinary Incontinence management.
