Abstract
Purpose: Compare clinical outcomes of Endoscopic Procedures and Robotic Surgery approaches for Hysterectomy. Methods: Randomized controlled trial with 200 patients. Results: Endoscopic Procedures showed superior outcomes in cost-effectiveness. Conclusion: Endoscopic Procedures may be preferred for Hysterectomy in appropriate candidates.
