Abstract
Purpose: Compare clinical outcomes of Medical Management and Open Surgery approaches for Myomectomy. Methods: Randomized controlled trial with 150 patients. Results: Medical Management showed superior outcomes in success rates. Conclusion: Medical Management may be preferred for Myomectomy in appropriate candidates.
