Abstract

Objective: To assess the long-term safety and efficacy of Community-based Programs for Quality of Life improvement. Study Design: Longitudinal follow-up of 200 participants over 12 months. Results: Sustained benefits with acceptable safety profile. Conclusion: Community-based Programs provides durable benefits for Quality of Life management.
