Abstract
Purpose: Compare clinical outcomes of Robotic Surgery and Open Surgery approaches for Ovarian Cystectomy. Methods: Randomized controlled trial with 100 patients. Results: Robotic Surgery showed superior outcomes in success rates. Conclusion: Robotic Surgery may be preferred for Ovarian Cystectomy in appropriate candidates.
