Abstract
Purpose: Compare clinical outcomes of Laparoscopic Surgery and Open Surgery approaches for Hysterectomy. Methods: Randomized controlled trial with 200 patients. Results: Laparoscopic Surgery showed superior outcomes in cost-effectiveness. Conclusion: Laparoscopic Surgery may be preferred for Hysterectomy in appropriate candidates.
