Abstract

Background: Premature Ovarian Failure affects millions of women worldwide. This study evaluates the efficacy of Hormone Replacement Therapy in managing this condition. Methods: Prospective cohort study of 200 patients receiving Hormone Replacement Therapy. Results: Significant improvement in symptoms with 78% response rate. Conclusion: Hormone Replacement Therapy represents a valuable therapeutic option for Premature Ovarian Failure management.
